In staying true to our high standards of customer satisfaction, we offer a lifetime warranty to protect against manufacturer defects in craftsmanship. The warranty does not include normal wear and tear, breakage, loss, or theft.

Refunds and Exchanges
We hope all of our Pendulum customers fall in love with their jewelry, however, if you have a change of heart and would like to return an item for a refund or exchange, please contact our customer care upon receiving your order at info@pendulumrocks.com. Outside of the 7 days will be handled case by case.
All items for refund or exchange should be returned to Pendulum unaltered or worn in any way, in its original packaging. Our team will provide you with a label & instructions for your return at no charge. Contact us for shipping label at info@pendulumrocks.com.
All refunds are issued within 7 business days of receipt of the returned items and are applied to the same source of payment on the original order. Processing times may vary between financial institutions, please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Kindly note that we ask you to send your piece back to us within 5 days from receipt of shipping labels, to avoid the return being voided.
We have a 30 day return policy.
